Abstract Background: The sedentary lifestyle caused by the COVID-19 quarantine has resulted in a devastating threat tohumanhealth due to stress and anxiety. Although infected individuals must stop exercising, exercise is not prohibitedwhenwithout symptoms and complications. Whereas exercise can be effective in immune systemreinforcement during the prevention, recovery, and post-recovery stages, COVID-19-recovered Individuals (CRI) must exercise under accurate considerations. Objectives: This study aimed to study exercise in cold weather for the CRI. METHODs: This article overviews how different exercises affect the immune system. PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar Databases and keywords including cold weather, COVID-19, immune system, and combined exercise were used to access scientific articles. Results: Recent reportsshowthat different sportsandexercises significantly improve COVID-19 symptoms, although there aremany discrepancies among researchers in presCRIbing exercise programs (various training protocols, duration, and intensity). Also, CRI should avoid exercise in cold weather due to breathing complications Conclusions: Based on the present study, regular exercises (aerobic, resistance, and combined) with moderate intensity improve COVID-19 symptoms and the immune system.

Abstract:

Introduction: CRI du chat syndrome is a rare genetic disorder due to deletion of variable length of short arm of chromosome 5(5p). It mainly presents with typical cat like cry, facial dysmorphism, poor growth with feeding problems and severe cognitive, speech, and motor delays. Case Report We present here a one year old child who did not presented with typical features but presented with recurrent pneumonia with chronic stridor since early infancy. On evaluation we found short flabby epiglottis and we did karyotyping which showed 5P deletion syndrome. Conclusion CRI du chat syndrome can be presented with atypical features like chronic stridor and recurrent pneumonia without having typical cat like cry. Early diagnosis is necessary for proper counselling of parents and treatment of the patient.

Abstract:

This case report discusses A 6-year-old boy, a known case of CRI-du-chat (cat's cry) syndrome, who was referred to the epilepsy clinic of Imam Khomeini hospital for further evaluation and performing video EEG monitoring. Video EEG monitoring showed two stereotypical ictal clinical habitual events during sleep. These episodes were sudden and showed hyper motor movements in the left lower extremity. Electrographically, a definite ictal pattern evolved to rhythmic slow activity in the left centroparietal region. Brain MRI with epilepsy protocol was unremarkable. Due to the sudden onset of movements depicting hyper motor activity during sleep and abnormal EEG and the fact that the patient is a known case of the CRI-du-chat syndrome, this is reported as having a motor seizure is extremely rare in cat cry syndrome. To our knowledge, this is the first report of motor seizure in cat cry syndrome.

Abstract:

As a generalization of the triple I METHOD, the universal triple I METHOD is investigated from the viewpoints of both fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy controller. The universal triple I principle is put forward, which improves the previous triple I principle. Then, unified form of universal triple I METHOD is established based on the (0, 1) -implication or R-implication. Moreover, the reversibility property of universal triple I METHOD is analyzed from expansion, reduction and other type operators, which demonstrate that its reversibility property seems ne, especially for the case employing the (0, 1) -implication. Lastly, we analyze the response ability of fuzzy controllers based on universal triple I METHOD, then the practicability of triple I METHOD is improved.

Abstract:

The Qur'an contains religious values for the advancement of man to happiness. The claim is that Quranic teachings are the basis of religious values; By choosing it better, the METHOD of proving religious beliefs can be extracted. This research tries to extract the METHOD of proving religious beliefs with a business approach and by using artistic forms with a desCRIptive and analytical METHOD and with a better selection of Quranic teachings. Based on the verses, the process was defined as the introduction to the institutionalization of religious values in the businessman 1- Gaining self-knowledge (knowing the talents, capacities, existential dimensions and position of man in the universe); 2- Gaining monotheistic insight (knowing the origin and your relationship with the Creator); 3- Reciprocity is (knowing the destination and drawing the path of happiness in the universe). After the realization of these three stages, the beliefs must be proven through rational and scientific reasoning and penetrate, in this case, the acceptance of good qualities in the businessman will be facilitated.

Abstract:

In this paper we used orthogonal basis functions and expansion coefficients for inverse modeling of magnetic data. The basis functions chosen are normalized eigenvectors of second derivation of the objective function (Hessian matrix) calculate for an initial model. Limited number of basis vectors obtained in this way defines a new subspace in model parameters space. Anew objective function is defined in term of these new parameters and minimized in subspace of original space. As in geophysical inverse problems we need to inverse matrixes that are functions data and geometry of data and model parameters. The matrix inversion in new subspace of the original space will be better conditions due to less dimensionality in the inversion. Since the most significant eigenvectors corresponding the largest Eigen values in Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) of matrixes. Others eigenvectors have less influence in fitting data or lead inversion procedures to local minima. With apply subspace METHOD inversion will be fast and stable against the noise. The efficiency of the METHOD is tested with synthetic and real magnetic data (acquired from Moghan area, north-west of Iran). The results proved fast convergence and stability of inversion against the noise.
